Capaxe Labs is a Shopify systems engineering studio for brands that have outgrown themes, apps, and quick fixes. We work with established direct-to-consumer brands where the storefront is the operating system of the business — not a marketing asset. For these brands, the next stage of growth rarely comes from another redesign or another app. It comes from engineering the systems underneath: conversion, merchandising, performance, and custom commerce infrastructure. Our work spans Shopify and Shopify Plus — Liquid theme engineering, headless storefronts on Hydrogen, custom Shopify apps, Shopify Functions, theme app extensions, ERP and OMS integrations, and platform migrations. We engineer four core systems for our clients: a Conversion System (funnel-level engineering across landing, PDP, cart, and checkout), a Merchandising System (custom product ranking, search, filtering, and discovery), a Performance System (Core Web Vitals, app-script reduction, sale-day stability), and Custom Engineering for everything stock Shopify can't do. Capaxe is led by engineers with over a decade of building production systems at scale, including financial products at Paytm Money. We also operate RankFlo (SKU and SEO intelligence for Shopify) and Opskitty (web operations) — products that keep us close to where Shopify is actually breaking. We don't take on early-stage stores, one-off projects, or template work. We work as the engineering layer behind a small number of considered Shopify operators.
