Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using GetBee Apps ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
GetBee Apps provides Shopify applications designed to enhance your e-commerce store functionality, including but not limited to review management, subscription services, and invoice generation.
User Accounts
To use our services, you must have a valid Shopify store and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Payment Terms
Some of our apps require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the Shopify App Store or our pricing pages.
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing customers.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GetBee Apps and its licensors.
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit through our apps. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the Service.
Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GetBee Apps, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GetBee Apps from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling our apps from your Shopify store.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
