Our work spans Shopify and Shopify Plus — Liquid theme engineering, headless storefronts on Hydrogen, custom Shopify apps, Shopify Functions, theme app extensions, ERP and OMS integrations, and platform migrations. Capaxe is led by engineers with over a decade of building production systems at scale, including financial products at Paytm Money. We also operate RankFlo (SKU and SEO intelligence for Shopify) and Opskitty (web operations) — products that keep us close to where Shopify is actually breaking.
We don't take on early-stage stores, one-off projects, or template work. We work as the engineering layer behind a small number of considered Shopify operators.

Custom Shopify App Development
Built for merchants who've hit the limits of stock Shopify. We design and ship public and custom Shopify apps from scratch — embedded admin apps with Polaris, App Bridge, and the Shopify GraphQL Admin API. We handle everything from initial architecture through App Store review and post-launch maintenance, focused on apps that extend Shopify natively rather than fighting it.
Headless Shopify Development (Hydrogen)
Headless Shopify storefronts on Hydrogen, Oxygen, and the Storefront API for brands ready to move past Liquid. We engineer the full stack frontend architecture, server-side rendering, caching strategy, content modeling, and Shopify integration so the storefront performs like a proper React application rather than a Liquid theme dressed up as one.
Shopify Functions & Theme App Extensions

Theme app extensions for app blocks that integrate cleanly into any theme. We replace fragile script tag injections and Liquid hacks with the native primitives Shopify ships and supports long-term.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Conversion engineering across the full funnel landing pages, PDPs, cart, checkout. We diagnose where revenue is leaking, prioritize fixes by impact, and ship the changes ourselves. The work is engineering, not opinions: native Shopify primitives, structured experimentation, and measurable outcomes — not theme swaps and A/B-tested button colors.
Performance Engineering & Core Web Vitals
Speed is a revenue lever, not a Lighthouse score. We rebuild Core Web Vitals from the theme up JavaScript audits and reductions, third-party app-script tax elimination, image and font optimization, and infrastructure tuning. The result holds under real traffic, including Black Friday spikes and flash-sale loads where most stores fall over.
Shopify Migrations & ERP Integrations
Migrations from WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and custom platforms to Shopify and Shopify Plus. ERP and OMS integrations with NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, ShipStation, and custom backends. We engineer migrations as data and architecture problems, not theme rebuilds which is why the stores we migrate stay stable months after launch.
