Free Trial
Every Bee app comes with a free trial (7-30 days depending on the app). Full access to all features with no credit card required.
Monthly Billing
Pay month-to-month through your Shopify bill. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice alongside other app charges.
Usage-Based Add-ons
Some apps offer usage-based pricing for features like AI image generation or SMS sends. Usage is tracked and billed monthly.

Common Questions
How does billing work?
All Bee app charges are added to your Shopify bill. You don't need to enter separate payment details — Shopify handles all billing through your existing payment method.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from the app settings. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing for the current cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to select a paid plan. If you don't choose a plan, the app will pause but your data is preserved. You can reactivate anytime.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin (Apps > App and sales channel settings) or contact our support team. You won't be charged after cancellation.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds within 30 days of charge if you're not satisfied. Contact support@getbee.app with your store URL and reason.
Are there annual discounts?
Some Bee apps offer annual billing with up to 20% savings. Check the pricing section of each app's page for available plans.
